At Nice Cream, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
